I'm Rob Preece, publisher of BooksForABuck.com. I'm hoping this forum can become a resource in discussing what's out there in the world of eBook publishing. We're not looking for tons of promotion for every book that comes out. Rather, we want to give potential readers (and authors) a feel for what they'll find at the various houses.
I'm probably one of the few on this loop who can remember the original earth day back in the 60s. Environmentalism has become so much more important since then--and reading eBooks is certainly a small step we can all take in helping preserve the environment. Another step is reading at all--trust me, you've got a much lower carbon footprint when you're reading than when you're shopping, jet-setting, or dining out.
Welcome and let me know about any publisher treasures you may find.

Oops. Yep, 1970. I think of it as 60s because it was my Jr. year in HS--which started in 1969.
